When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for an order to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

If you are unable to complete your order in checkout, please contact us in the form in the Contact page. We may need to open orders to your country.

***Important Note*** - craftitonicmaker.store does NOT collect any import fees and any import fees due on foreign packages are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

Will I receive a tracking number?

All orders within the United States ship with tracking numbers, as do most international orders.

Some international orders do not ship with tracking numbers, as the service is only available to select countries with USPS First-Class Package International shipments.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Our earring hooks are hypoallergenic. Although the earring hooks we buy are advertised as nickel-free, it is possible they may contain a trace amount. Our jump rings are metal alloy and contain some nickel per the manufacturer.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are not accepted. Should there be any issues with your order, please contact us using the form in the Contact page.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

For US shipments, we use USPS Ground Advantage and this service comes with a tracking number which we provide and comes with shipping insurance up to $100. Should your package get lost, you may file a claim within 60 days with the tracking number provided. Should you need additional documentation for your claim, please contact us using the form in the Contact page.

International shipments currently do not ship with insurance.

Once we ship an item, anything else is unfortunately out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and are unable to provide a refund or replacement.
