TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS with Impression Cutters: 1) Add a light coat of cornstarch to your polymer clay 2) Dip the cutter in cornstarch, making sure the cornstarch gets onto any part that will touch the clay, and tap off excess 3) Instead of pressing down in one motion, press lightly then lift but not completely, then press deeper and lift again, and repeat until you reach the bottom. Then lift your cutter. This helps prevent any deformations as well as clay sticking in crevices.
